We were engaged after the Chief Financial Officer of the Agency resigned. The initial task was to recruit, interview, and assist in the onboarding of a new CFO.
After reviewing over 500 résumés, we interviewed more than 50 candidates for the position. The CEO was a very strong leader who sought particular qualifications to lead her Finance Department.
Following the arduous recruitment, interview, and hiring process, we succeeded in placing a qualified candidate who remains successful in the CFO position over seven years later.
